Job Title: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Responsibilities:
- Conducting virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans through telepractice
- Providing virtual therapy sessions to students using appropriate technology platforms
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure students' needs are met
- Monitoring and documenting students' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Participating in remote IEP meetings to provide input and recommendations
- Staying up-to-date with best practices, research, and developments in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Washington State Licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Strong technological skills and ability to adapt to various telepractice platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
