Remote/Hybird School Psychologist in New York

Full-time Remote/Hybrid School Psychologist starting now and leading into the 23-24 school year for a school district in New York. Schools in Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.

Job Details:

• Administers various types of assessments i.e. performance assessments, formal and informal assessments, etc. to monitor student comprehension
• Prepares lessons and outlines to use in class that effectively cover the material
• Coordinates parent/teacher conferences as needed to review student's performance- behavior and other issues
• K-12 caseload
• IEP meetings and evaluations
• Must be willing to go into the school one day a week

Job Requirements:

• Provisional Certificate: Requires BA, 60 graduate credits in psychology, and a 1-year school psychology internship (at least 600 hours in school setting) OR a Permanent Certificate: Requires a provisional credential plus an MA degree and 2 years of work experience in schools
• 1099 contract
• Must have all clearances to work in public/charter schools
• Must be able to work 50 hours per week
