Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

  • Manage mechanical ventilation and related respiratory equipment effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and family members on respiratory care procedures and equipment use.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required.
  • Proven experience in hospital or clinical respiratory care preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway management.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.

Schedule:

  • Three 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
