A healthcare facility in Waterford, MI, is seeking skilled Respiratory Therapists to provide essential patient care on a contract basis. This role is ideal for certified professionals striving to deliver high-quality respiratory support in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
  • Current registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification mandatory
  • Strong critical thinking and patient care skills

Schedule:

  • 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM (3 positions available)
  • 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (2 positions available)
  • Overtime is available and billable after 48 hours

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory disorders under physician guidance
  • Manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to respiratory care
  • Monitor patient responses and modify treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to devise comprehensive care plans
  • Maintain accurate patient records and compliance with healthcare regulations
