Requirements:

• Valid and active Florida pharmacist license
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment
• Proven track record of successful RPH management for at least three years
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standard of pharmaceutical care and dispensing services for our valued patients in a retail setting
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and adherence to regulations
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication therapies
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to pharmacy staff, promoting a positive work environment
