• Serve as the primary assistant to surgeons during surgical procedures.
• Provide direct patient care in the perioperative setting.

• Act as a patient advocate throughout the surgical process.

Qualifications:

• Active California RN license.
• Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) or RNFA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of RNFA experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
