Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Contract Position

Job Description:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving within the Highwood, IL, school district, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support students with behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities will include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training staff and parents on behavior management strategies, and monitoring student progress.

Educational and Licensing Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid Illinois state license or eligibility for licensure as a Behavior Analyst
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) or behavior intervention
