School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst | BCBA

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assist a district near Paso Robles, California. The BCBA will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans. This role is crucial in supporting students with behavioral challenges to achieve their full potential in an inclusive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct support and training to teachers and staff on implementing behavior strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on behavior-related goals and strategies.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, etc.
• 2+ years experience working in a school setting is preferred.
