Soliant Health is currently in search of a proficient and driven Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals we serve in Nevada.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who will play a vital role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating disorders in individuals of various age groups. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing personalized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions that foster effective results. You will be working closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and caregivers, to provide comprehensive care and strive for desirable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in individuals with varying needs.
  2. Administer standardized tests, observation, and interviews to gather information and make accurate diagnoses.
  3. Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client-specific goals, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices.
  4. Administer appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions to address speech and language disorders.

Qualifications:

  1. Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  2. Possess a valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the relevant jurisdiction.
  3. Have access to a reliable computer and internet.
