Job Title: Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Job Details: 

• Location: Mission Viejo, CA
• Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Dates: ASAP - End of 2025 School Year 
• Salary: $35 - $50

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy services to students with physical, sensory, or developmental challenges.
• Support the implementation of individualized therapy plans developed by the OT.
• Conduct therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the supervising OT.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ functional needs.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Current state certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
