Soliant is currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based opportunity in the vicinity of Ridgefield, CT. This position is contracted and situated within an outstanding school district.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough assessments of students' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to identify functional limitations and establish personalized goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments, tailored to address specific student needs.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
• Monitor students' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
• Hold a Master’s Level Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Possess an active state licensure.
• Preferably have experience working with school-age students.
