School-Based Occupational Therapist - near Beaumont, CA

Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The OT will provide direct patient care services, assist in the development of treatment plans, and provide education to patients and caregivers.

This is a full-time, onsite position with a 35-hour work week. The average caseload will be 40 patients and will receive assistance from a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct occupational therapy services
• Assist with the development of individualized treatment plans for patients
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Effectively communicate with other healthcare professionals
• Implement patient and family education plans
• Collaborate with other therapy team members to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:
• Masters’ degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapy
• Knowledge and experience with applicable standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
