Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position Type: Full-Time

Caseload: K-6th Grade

Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist to support our students in achieving their academic and personal goals. This role involves working with students to enhance their functional abilities through targeted therapy and collaboration with educators and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized therapy plans for students.
• Provide direct therapy services and track student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate therapy goals into daily routines.
• Recommend modifications and accommodations to support student participation.
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Arizona. 
• Experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
