School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Round Rock, TX

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Round Rock, TX. In this role, you will work closely with students to develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills through therapeutic intervention. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing student outcomes and have a strong commitment to making a positive impact in their community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skill needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve student independence and functional abilities.
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to address student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement OT strategies and modifications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Texas OT license and NBCOT certification required.
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
