School Based - Occupational Therapist (OT)

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Occupational Therapy License in Massachusetts
• Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Roslindale, MA, for the remainder of the school year. This position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, allowing you to work on an hourly contract basis while making a positive impact on students' educational experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy services to students with various needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ development
• Keep accurate records of student progress and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging school environment
