Job Title: School Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Phoenix, AZ and Surrounding Areas

Soliant is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate School Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 23/24 school year. This position is located near Phoenix, Arizona, and covers surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' sensory, motor, and functional skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' participation in school activities
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress towards achieving goals
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide valuable insights on occupational therapy needs

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior experience in a school setting is desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
