Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district in Rush City, Minnesota. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about assisting students and educators in creating a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in classrooms, small groups, or one-on-one settings
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Support students with special needs by following Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student behavior and reinforce positive interactions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to enhance student success
