We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team for the upcoming school year in Manchester, NH. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students with physical disabilities or challenges
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' physical needs in collaboration with the IEP team
• Provide direct therapy services to students with physical disabilities or challenges
• Monitor and document progress of students' physical skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the delivery of physical therapy services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Eligible for state licensure in New Hampshire as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working with children with physical disabilities or challenges preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for the assessment and treatment of physical disabilities or challenges
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
