Location: Rhode Island

Contract Position:

  • Full-Time, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
  • Hours: 7:55 AM - 3:05 PM
  • Duration: Until End of School Year

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in supporting students from Pre K to age 22 with mild to moderate disabilities. This position requires proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) as all interactions will be conducted in person. As an RBT, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct support to students within the school setting.


  • Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with a range of disabilities.
  • Collect data on student progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistency in interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.


  • Current RBT certification.
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL).
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
