We seek applicants who are highly familiar with California Special Education requirements and confident with the IEP process.
Additionally, we seek candidates with the following competencies:
- Accountability: the team counts on you to show up on time and on task
- Communication skills, not just with students, parents and school staff, but also with your recruiter
- Flexibility and problem solving skills: be able to manage shifting priorities and identify crucial deadlines
Applicants must hold a California SLP license in order to start the assignment. An SLP credential with the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing is a big PLUS.
