School-based Social Worker (LMSW), Champaign IL

Calling on licensed Social Workers (LMSW) based in the area of Champaign, IL! Soliant has partnered with a small school district in the area, and is seeking contract Social Workers to support students and families.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting students who require social worker services in their IEPs
• Crisis intervention
• Support students with trauma in their social histories
• Conduct evaluations for referrals
• Re-evaluate and report on students at their triennial evaluations

Applicants will be spending their time at 1 Middle and 1 High School. This position is 35 hours a week, and we seek a candidate who can start in 2-3 weeks of job offer.
