School-based Social Worker (LSW, LMSW or LCSW), Wilkes-Barre, PA

Calling on licensed Social Workers (we accept LSW, LMSW, LCSW candidates) based in Wilkes-Barre, PA, who are seeking an opportunity to work in a school setting.

Both part- and full-time assignments are available. Candidates will be based for 3 days of the week with 1 school district, and work with K-12 students. Candidates needing 2 additional days of work will likely be itinerant between other school districts in the locale.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting students who require social worker services in their IEPs
• Crisis intervention
• Support students with trauma in their social histories
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
• Developing Behavior Intervention Plans
