Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
- Provide therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and continuing education activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligibility for or possession of state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a school-based setting.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
