Soliant has partnered up with a school district near Olympia, WA, and is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to K-8 student populations for the remainder of the school year.
Requirements:
- Washington SLP license
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification as an SLP
- We can work with provisional certifications, which only require background clearance with the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction
- Candidates can work with a provisional certificate for up to a year. Within the year, they are required to complete an online course on Washington Education law and Special Education procedures
- Up-to-date CoVID vaccine or accepted form of exemption
Applicants will be covering elementary and middle school sites--additional details about the caseload and the District will be shared in a direct interview with administrators.

Additional information on a Soliant contract:
- Typical work week is 35-40 hours (assuming no holidays)
- W2, hourly rate
- Same rate for direct and indirect services
