Position Overview:
As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' speech and language development. Working closely with educators and parents, you will assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services for students with communication disorders. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational success of our students while fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

Qualifications:
 

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of special education processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
