Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will work closely with students, educators, and parents to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, helping students thrive in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide student support.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Ohio SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
