Job Description:
A vibrant and student-focused school district in Florence, AZ is looking for a talented and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential services that help students build confidence, communication skills, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique goals.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, to enhance communication skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students’ development.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure success.
  • Participate in team meetings and IEP development to advocate for students’ needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Arizona SLP license and ASHA CCCs (preferred).
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
