Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Manteca, CA. This role involves providing speech and language services to students, aiming to enhance their communication abilities and support their academic success. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy to address communication challenges and improve speech and language skills.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective strategies are implemented.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
