Job Description:
Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oxford, MI, where you’ll work in a supportive and collaborative school setting dedicated to helping students achieve their communication goals. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children while working in a dynamic and fulfilling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote student success.
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of evaluations, progress, and services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Michigan state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred but not required for CFs.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
