Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid California SLP License.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff.

  • Support: Receive support from school staff and parents to achieve optimal outcomes for students.

State-Specific Requirements:

  • Compliance with California’s state regulations and guidelines for school-based SLPs.
  • Ability to pass background checks and obtain any required clearances.
