Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Sherman, TX. This school-based role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with students, making a meaningful impact on their communication and academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Provide therapy services to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Document and track student progress in compliance with school and district guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student goals and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active Texas SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
