Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Position – School-Based Role Near Baldwinville, MA

Soliant Health is working with a school district near Baldwinville, MA, to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opening. This position involves supporting a diverse K-12 caseload. The district provides direct supervision for SLPAs, and the assignment runs from the start date through the end of the school year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students across K-12th grade under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Assist in implementing therapy plans tailored to meet students’ IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to address students’ communication needs.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Support the supervising SLP in administrative and therapy-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Current SLPA licensure or certification in Massachusetts.
• Experience in a school-based setting or with K-12 students is preferred.
• Experience with AAC devices needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to commit to a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) through the 2024-2025 school year.
