Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing therapy services to students.
• Implement therapy plans and activities designed by the supervising SLP.
• Monitor and document student progress during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students’ communication goals.
• Prepare materials and organize therapy sessions under the guidance of the SLP.
• Adhere to school and state guidelines for speech and language services.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
• Valid Colorado SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
