SLP: Onsite School-Based, 40 Hours/Week - Minnesota
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in our school-based learning setting in Minnesota. This position is a full-time, onsite position requiring 40 hours per week of attendance at the school site. The SLP will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and evaluating children and developing individualized programs for school-aged children.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and identify language, swallowing, and communication deficits in students
• Provide individualized treatment plans for students
• Monitor progress and modify plans and goals as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain detailed, organized records
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Completion of ASHA approved SLP clinical fellowship
• ASHA certification
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of current treatments in the field
• Dependable and punctual
