Part-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Location: Kingston, NH

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Kingston, NH. This is a part-time position for the 2023-2024 school year with the potential for extension. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with special needs while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct behavior analytic services to individuals with special needs
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create effective treatment plans
• Monitor progress and make data-based decisions to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with special needs, preferably in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing
