Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in Byron, California. Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Contract Term: Remainder of the School Year

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with students, school staff, and parents to assess and support behavioral needs.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide behavioral modifications and training to support students' social and emotional growth.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the educational team to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid BCBA certification.
  • Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of students.

Pay Rate: $48 - $56 per hour
