School District in San Francisco, CA Seeking Audiologist for Summer

Blazerworks, a leading provider of education services, is currently seeking a School-Based Audiologist for a partnered school district in San Francisco, CA. This position is for the extended school year during summer. Compensation for this role ranges from $50-$55, depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing screenings and assessments for students
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, parents, and administrators regarding hearing-related issues
• Collaborate with other professionals in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with hearing loss
• Provide recommendations for accommodations and assistive technology to support students with hearing loss in the classroom
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided to students

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• California state license in Audiology
• Experience working with children in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
