About the Position:

Hours: Full-Time

Caseload: Transition Program (18-21 years old)

Diabetes monitoring and supervision

Assistance with carb counting and pump management

Required :

Minnesota RN or LPN License

Must have strong communication skills

Must be willing to come onsite
