School Nurses (RN)

A school nurse is needed to work for the 22/23 school year. There are two (2) openings available: one middle school nurse, one district nurse. 

The middle school nurse will support all students, including those with special needs and underlying medical conditions.

As a District Nurse, the candidate will provide students with school health services, collaborate with the administration to promote a healthy school environment, serve as a point of contact for the Department of Health, and oversee the development and implementation of health and safety protocols for the district in response to health emergencies . 

Details:

• Current VT RN license
• School Nurse endorsement is a PLUS
• In-person, 37 hours/week
