Job Description:

Part Time: 20 hours per week

Doing evals and direct services

Multiple school sites

Currently remote services but looking to transition onsite

Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Pass a Drug Test Screening and Background Check

License and Certification in the state of IL
