Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services in a school-based setting. The OT will assess students’ needs, deliver therapy, and collaborate with educators and families to promote student success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide occupational therapy to support students’ IEP goals.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to address student needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active state OT license
• School or pediatric experience preferred
