As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of our students. - Work closely with classroom teachers to provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Assist in implementing instructional plans and strategies.
- Support students with special needs and adapt materials as necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide supervision and support during classroom activities and transitions.
- Collaborate with the school's educational team to track student progress.
- Assist with classroom organization and preparation of teaching materials.
- Uphold the school's policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred).
- Previous experience working with children, especially in an educational setting, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of students.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Must pass background checks and clearances required for employment in a school setting.
