Soliant Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Paraprofessionals for two full-time positions in Purcellville, Virginia. Position Details:

• Number of Openings: 2
• Hours per Week: 37.5

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support and assistance to an elementary student in a special education classroom.
• Assist the teacher in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and other educational plans.
• Support the student's social and emotional development in the classroom.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the teacher and other staff to ensure the student's success.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children, especially in an educational or special education setting, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to supporting students' educational and social growth.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour
