Thompson School District - Remote School Psychologist (Full-Time)

Are you a passionate and motivated School Psychologist seeking a flexible work environment to make a positive impact on the lives of students?

Thompson School District is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team and provide remote psychological services to students across the district!

About the Position:

As a Remote School Psychologist with Thompson School District, you will play a vital role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic success of our diverse student population. In this flexible role, you will work from the comfort of your home office while collaborating effectively with teachers, administrators, and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments (specific details about assessments to come)
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and objectives (specific details about IEP involvement to come)
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff on strategies to address student needs
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system for students
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records (specific details about recordkeeping to come)

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
  • Colorado State School Psychologist License (Required)
  • Minimum of one year of experience working as a school psychologist (preferred)
  • Strong assessment, data analysis, and report writing skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in technology for remote service delivery
  • Commitment to cultural competency and working effectively with diverse student populations

Schedule:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Remote work from a home office environment
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: May 24th, 2024 (potential for renewal)
