Position: School Psychologist Location: West Chester, PA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide counseling and support services to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and plan appropriate interventions.
- Assist in crisis intervention and management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology.
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
