Position: School Psychologist Location: Annapolis, MD Hours: Full-time (2023-2024 school year)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional functioning
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement appropriate interventions and support plans
• Provide individual and group counseling to address students' social and emotional needs
• Support the implementation and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans as necessary
• Assist in crisis intervention and response when needed
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist in Maryland
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
