Soliant Education, a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team for the 2023/2024 school year. We have an exciting opportunity available near Columbus, OH, and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized intervention plans.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students, addressing their social and emotional needs.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and interventions to support students' academic progress and mental health.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of behavioral intervention plans.
  • Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for educational planning and support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Participate actively in team meetings, consultations, and case conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Valid Ohio state license or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
  • Knowledge of special education regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with a range of intervention strategies and evidence-based practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
