Job Description:

As a School Psychologist with Soliant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students and working collaboratively with special education staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) process to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Providing counseling and support to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment within the school community.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas School Psychologist certification/license.
  • Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Pay Rate:

Competitive pay rate of $40-45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
