A Soliant client located in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking applications from School Psychologists for a contract position.

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Cover 2 elementary schools
• Start: ASAP
• End: end of school year

As a school psychologist, day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting individual psychological evaluations, interpreting findings and making recommendations for a meaningful educational experience for each child.
2. Counseling and providing psychological remedial measures for students, individually or in groups.
3. Educating parents and staff on psycho-educational interventions.
4. Consulting with teachers and other school personnel in relation to behavior management and learning problems.
5. Determining student’s ability to learn and suggesting instructional strategies and techniques.
6. Maintaining accurate and organized evaluation records.

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Master's-level program in School Psychology
• California Pupil Personnel Services credential
