Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2023/2024 school year. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our students. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about helping students succeed and providing valuable support to our educational community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify and evaluate students' academic and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
  • Support school-wide initiatives aimed at promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and programs.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of school psychology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification or eligibility for certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
  • Knowledge of state and federal special education regulations.
  • Dedication to the well-being and academic success of all students.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based assessment tools and interventions.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
